First, it should be checked whether the power module is damaged or not, and the driving waveform is normal. It is found that the driving circuit V phase has no voltage. The circuit drive power supply for the switch power check is not supplied directly by the switching power supply, and the drive circuit and the switching power supply are isolated. Check the isolation transformer to find damage. After the replacement, the power supply of the drive circuit is determined. After the replacement of the V phase, the failure is eliminated. Power supply to the frequency converter, open, output voltage balance, load to the rated current normal work of the frequency converter repair. So the inverter is the drive circuit that causes OC. Load test run for 1 days.
