Fault cause: power on operation missing pulse alarm

Fault analysis: the customer Parker 591 governor is used for steel plate shearing and feeding. According to the customer‘s fault prompt, an alarm occurs during startup. The fault is that the six pulse armature current waveform loses a pulse. When the motor load exceeds 1.5 times the discontinuous point value, the alarm will be started. Most of the fault causes are harmonic interference, trigger board fault, loose plug and damaged thyristor. After measuring and eliminating peripheral faults, it is found that the output waveform is obviously asymmetric during operation. Measure the drive circuit and eliminate the problem of the main board. The thyristor is normal after measurement. It is found that the drive IC is damaged during power on online measurement. After replacement, the load test fault is removed.
