Breakdown phenomenon: the power light is not bright
Failure analysis: the PLC is connected to the power supply, the power indicator light is not bright, DC24V end no voltage output. Open the shell, measuring the fuse has blown, detecting rectifier circuit part except the fuse and no other fault detection, switching power supply power control circuit, comparing the measured static resistance, that is connected with the anode and the switch transformer DC circuit and new pipe resistance is obviously not the same, suspected that the element has been damaged, will compare the welding after new the open circuit test element resistance is different, its replacement, then find the diode DZ1 is damaged, replacement after the power is turned on, L N ends, measuring the output voltage of the power supply board of DC5V and DC24V were normal and tested without other failure to repair PLC.
Emerson PLC common failures such as no power, communication failure, I/O board fault, expansion module failure, the program can not repair the fault fault.
