Failure phenomenon: no display
Fault analysis: SANYO servo drive power is not displayed, this fault is one of the most common SANYO servo fault, fault point also. Open circuit board found more dust, can see the fan card phenomenon has appeared. Measurement V module IGBT phase to short circuit, switch power supply switch tube to short circuit. Replace the power supply circuit switch tube and the partial resistance after the power supply on the display is normal, then the encoder to measure the driving voltage is all normal. Fitted with IGBT module machine connected to the motor test machine all the normal.
Failure repair: replacement of the cooling fan, power supply switch tube and IGBT module fault solution.
