Failure phenomenon: alarm A.030
Fault analysis: the main circuit fault detection, measurement IGBT module shows the normal driving and normal output. The main circuit power supply detection is normal, in the measurement of the main power supply voltage is obviously low, which shows the main power supply detection fault. Measure voltage detection alarm voltage optocoupler but no conduction detection in power supply system. Description of optocoupler in the main loop failure caused alarm. After replacing the optocoupler energized display "A.C90" for the encoder alarm alarm, insert motor encoder display normal.
Repair: the replacement of the main power supply detection optocoupler after normal.
