Failure phenomenon: no display
Fault analysis: by measuring IGBT module driven static resistance normal normal measurement. The detection of the main circuit power components are normal, in the power supply measurements of DC bus voltage is normal, vibration measurement of the power supply voltage of 0V, in the case of a short circuit power without judgment level measurement for vibration voltage of power supply circuit. A patch resistor 273 is found to open. After the replacement of the electric voltage is normal. Display is also normal. Re connect the motor to test everything is normal.
Fault repair: replacement of the power supply from the vibration resistance after 273 normal.
